At BLKBRD SHOEMAKER, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted footwear does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box, ensuring all dust bags, cedar trees, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Workshop

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outer mailing box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master cordwainers verify the condition of the returned pair, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
